If you need to take a break from job searching or have already landed a new role, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel:
Log in to your account.
Go to Settings → My Plan and click Manage subscription.
Confirm your email when prompted.
Open the "Your customer portal link" email and click Log in to your customer portal.
Click Cancel subscription.
Your subscription will be cancelled immediately, and access will remain until the end of your current billing period.
